The Bigby’s Café Concept was first introduced in the city of Cagayan de Oro on December 8, 1998. Its creators came up with an idea of creating an atmosphere fit for an adventure into the different cuisines of the world. The menu, the interior design and service style were created to position the concept midway between fine dining and fast-casual dining. This format has developed into the Bigby’s Café and Restaurant System.

Bigby’s Café and Restaurant is now located in major cities in the Visayas and Mindanao. It has a total of 7 branches located at Centrio Ayala Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, SM City Cagayan de Oro, Abreeza Ayala Mall, Davao City, SM City Davao, Veranza Mall, General Santos City, Ayala Entertainment Center Cebu, and The Northwing, SM City Cebu.

Qualifications:

• 22-38 years old
• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder preferably in the Hospitality field; Hotel & Restaurant Management/Culinary Degree
• At least 1 year experience in supervising a food service operation
• At least 1 year in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter
• Having full knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation
• Good team leader
• Good organizational skills
• Flexible working hours
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Can do multi-tasking job
