Minimum requirements for a PROPERTY INVESTMENT CONSULTANT position are as follows:

1.  Good interpersonal skills, willing to build the right network
2.  With pleasing personality, someone  who carries an ideal corporate image
3.  Fast learner and can work under pressure with grace and poise. Must be goal-oriented
4.  Results-oriented
5.  With serious desire to earn money
6.  Someone who conforms to ethical standards towards work
7. Shows commitment to work with a team
8.  A positive disposition at all times
9.  Must see and accept change as inevitable
10.  College graduate, age should not be above 30 years old
