Prifood Corporation is a progressive Snack Food Manufacturing company with plant facilities operating in Cebu and Luzon and we are presently in need of applicants to fill-in the position:

Davao Hiring: Plant Manager for Prifood Corporation

Qualifications:

• Male or Female not more than 45 years old
• Preferably licensed Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical or other related field
• Experienced in a food manufacturing firm for 5 years
• With Strong Interpersonal, Leadership, Presentation, Motivational, Organizational and Problem Solving  Skills
• Excellent in Oral and Written Communication skills
• With the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems and procedural issues
• Knowledgeable on ISO Standards, HACCP, GMP and Plant Safety
• Knowledgeable on Budget and Cost Analysis
• Able to interact with all professionals of Plant Management, ability to work with diverse group of professionals in close cooperation
• Strong organizational and time Management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Able to motivate, influence and train people, with the ability to provide individual and group-based seminar/workshop.
• Computer literate (MS/Excel/Power Point Presentation).

Job Responsibility:

• Oversee manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance activities of the Plant and ensure that these are effectively being carried out and maintained according to the Plant's objectives. 
• Manage Plant operations to produce products that meet standard quality, standard cost, and standard production quantity actual output versus production plan base on the specified timelines and fill rates.
• Supports planning and implementation of New Product Launches in coordination with Product Development, Marketing and Sales department and Quality Assurance department.
• Preside weekly reviews of New Product Launch (NPL) Meetings as Head of Cebu Plant Task Force – New Product Development.
• Spearheads and maintains aggressive and dynamic role in the planning and directing of bi-monthly Supply Chain Meeting schedules with Sales to ensure  Plant will meet requirements of Trade at all times.
• Proper coordination and implementation of standard skewing
• Compliance to standard of order to delivery, order to arrival and order to fill rate.
• Coordinate plant activities with Manufacturing, Material Management, Logistics and Warehouse, Finance and Accounting Group to ensure that manufacturing cost per unit is attained on a monthly basis.
