Prifood Corporation is a progressive Snack Food Manufacturing company with plant facilities operating in Cebu and Luzon and we are presently in need of applicants to fill-in the position:

Davao City Jobs: Production Planner for Prifood Corporation

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, not more than 35 years old
• Engineering graduate and have knowledge in production planning and scheduling
• With minimum 3yrs experience in any manufacturing set-up w/ background in planning and inventory control
• Knowledgeable on production planning and Scheduling
• With excellent technical, Problem solving and inventory management skills
• Willing to work overtime including weekend depending on the nature of work available
• Knowledgeable on ISO Standards, HACCP, GMP and Plant Safety
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in mathematics and analytical analysis, high average IQ level
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Keen eye for details, has strong knowledge of System analysis and workflow management
• Computer literate (MS/Excel/Power Point Presentation).

Job Responsibility:

• Daily monitoring of production output vs. planned
• Daily monitoring of closed production orders
• Monthly Capacity Confirmation
• Capacity vs. Pending Orders
• Generate weekly and daily production plan as reference for Production Scheduling.
• Check and countersign production schedule as per production basis in terms of manning and machine capacity requirement.
• Work with the manufacturing process owner to establish and regularly track the production performance in terms of;
• production time compliance (input and output / time start and time end)
• Actual Output vs. Planned Output
• Ensure that plant operational issues related to Planning will be addressed promptly and shall notify the top management if there are issues the beyond the team can decide.
• To issue Incident Report to those department or individuals that hampers or impedes the attainment /compliance of production to Customer Orders.
