Prifood Corporation is a progressive Snack Food Manufacturing company with plant facilities operating in Cebu and Luzon and we are presently in need of applicants to fill-in the position:

Qualifications:

• Male or Female not more than 45 years old
• Must be a college graduate, preferable with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
• With at least 1 year experience in any manufacturing set-up
• Knowledgeable of Documentations procedures, and methods, operator instructions, and program flow charts.
• With Experienced working in an ISO certified manufacturing firm with GMP and HACCP strict implementation
• A good problem solver has an ability to understand complex database systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Be flexible enough to travel to job sites when need arises
• With Plant Design and Location related Trainings
• With Industrial Production Planning, Operations Research, Environment Considerations, Performance and Operational Standards Related Trainings
• With Time and Motion and Production and Quality Related Trainings
• Knowledgeable on Process Flow Diagram and Management Skills
• Knowledgeable on ISO Standards, HACCP, GMP and Plant Safety

Job Responsibility:

• Identify operations related efficiency and productivity problems that arise within the organization and in coordination with the Technical Team from Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Product Research initiate steps and timelines to fix identified issues.
• Implements/ initiates cost reduction activities through systematizes internal process, from flow of information to activation of cost improvement initiatives.
• Shall initiate a program towards energy conservation and full utilization of resources towards productivity. .
• Shall conduct feasibility studies of new product acquisition, expansion of existing plant facilities, viability of new plant location, centralized manufacturing sub-process (e.g. favor mixing, etc.)
• Ensure that systems, procedures and performance measures such as KPI (Key Performance Indicator) are available and updated for tracking and as reference for plant improvements.
• Responsible to establish programs of work measurement that are relevant and can be use as planning and monitoring tool in order to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines by the process owners
