Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoots machinery problems maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechanical/ machinery.
• Performs general housekeeping functions including cleanliness of equipment/ machinery.

• To carry out daily inspection and predictive maintenance checks on rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, fans, turbines, compressors, engines blowers etc.
• To perform Condition Monitoring by checking vibrations, temperatures, pressures, checking oil levels & flow and reporting to the Condition Monitoring Engineer when the readings are outside tolerable limits.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to service calls of Rental Accounts within two (2) hours
  • Monitor the performance of the machines assigned to him and recommend necessary actions and solve machines problem within the 24 hour period.
  • Visit all accounts assigned to him on a monthly basis in order to check machine performance and customer satisfaction level
  • Perform preventive maintenance call (PM) as may be required: check up, parts and drum replacement, calibration, and spot cleaning
  • Prepare and submit accurately the required reports: Field Service Report (FSR) with test copies, transportation expense summary, maintenance visits
  • Assess and recommend replacements / upgrading of machines based on the current performance and machine life


Requirements:


  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Good technical background, preferably in an IT environment
  • Dedication and competence for intensive training
  • Willing to do out-of-town service calls
  • Male, not more than 30 years old
