Responsible for all the gaming aspects of the internet cafe. he/she must be knowlegeable of all popular online and lan games. he/she will also assist in the downloading of new games, and updating or patching as necessary.
Responsible for handling & assisting customers using applications such as microsoft office, open office and other applications requested by a customer. he/she will also assist customers needs in relation.
