Davao City Hiring: Internal Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Maintains files, including filing of Check vouchers, proof of transactions, and other miscellaneous filings.
• Maintains accounting database by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
• Prepares requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Monitor DSL Davao Breakdown of Expenses every month and scan Bank Statement.
• Compute and monitor Withholding Tax.
• Stay current with all regulations, practices, Tax laws, reporting requirements and industry trends.
• Assist with Payroll Preparation
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Management Accounting
• Male or Female
• Age limit: 20-27 years old
• Good communication/interpersonal skills as applied in the workplace and a team setting
• Highly organized, analytical and keen on details
• Ability to integrate with a team and work well with others as well as independently
• Must be pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision

• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
