Mindanao Sales Manager for U-BIX Corporation

Sales Manager for Mindanao 
(Work coverage: Central Mindanao, Western Mindanao and Southern Mindanao)




Key Accountabilities




• Bring the company’s product at the forefront of identified markets in a geographical area, essentially formulating strategies to successfully achieve and exceed sales goals and working closely with the Product and Marketing Teams to consistently increase market share


• Develop, maintain, and enhance client database through leads identified by the Marketing Team and build potent relationships to ensure market position


• With the Marketing Team, consistently gather market information and trending to seize new opportunities


• Actively monitor and review product portfolios to highlight revenue growth


• Work across diverse and cross-functional teams in the organization including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure origination and execution of sales leads


Requirements: 


• Degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration specializing in Marketing or related discipline


• Masters Degree or Post Graduate Diploma preferred


• Potent acumen and track record in sales management and development, covering national geographic area from a large and progressive company


• Demonstrated ability in both strategic vision and tactical rollout of sales management


• A generalist experience in other functional areas including product management and marketing, 5 years of which in managerial capacity


• Ability to provide significant contribution in the creation of the organization’s sales management strategies, priorities, and programs


• Proven professional maturity, integrity, leadership ability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Excellent organizational, collaboration, people-management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills ideal for client relationship building


• Analytical, intuitive, dynamic, and a team player


• Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
