Qualifications:

  • College Graduate preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in various HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relation and Engagement, Training and Development and other functions
  • Self-motivated, strong personality, results-oriented, flexible, willing to work under pressure and with pleasant personality
