Next BPO Solutions (http://www.bposolutionsltd.com) is in need of Database Expert with these specializations:

Solid understanding of Database Theory: relational models & algebra; SQL - queries, constraints, triggers; storage and indexing (tree-structured, hash-based); query evaluation & optimization; Sorting; transactional management and concurrency control;

• MS SQL server: design, setup & administration; DTS packages; Linked servers;

• T-SQL - Flat file DB experience. Information retrieval from flat file through ODBC channel.

**Minimum 8 years experience required.
