DCCCII is looking for enthusiastic and passionate professionals. The position is responsible for crafting and implementing various advocacy programs, and building and maintaining effective relationships both within and outside the organization.

 

Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable of the real estate industry in Davao City

- Experience as a property manager or in a similar role

- Capacity to write, interpret & assess lease agreements

- Knowledgeable in social media management

- Outstanding communication and marketing skills

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
