GENERAL PURPOSE Provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and various company projects. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
• Assists in various aspects of the Operations specifically related to Business & Documentation Processing and Admin Services including but not limited to processing of documents, permits, licenses with any government agencies, banks and other institutions 
• Ensures that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. 
• Field work assignments such as delivery and pick-up of correspondence memos, letters, documents, bank transactions, bills payments, etc.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate
• Can communicate well and has good inter-personal skills
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Must be conscious, takes initiative, adaptable and flexible
• Experience related to processing of documents, permits, licenses with any government agencies, banks and other institutions is an advantage
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and 4-wheels; has a valid Driver’s License.
