Our professional therapist and other supporting personnel provide a various range of rehabilitative assessment and treatments for both in- patients and out- patients/residents. More so, the institution is well- equipped with materials and the facilities that are guaranteed to be conducive for rehabilitation and healing. These added assets would then reinforce our patients and residents in achieving their specific goal. In addition, NDRC also provides other services, which would cater to the other needs and concerns of regular people.

Facilitator 

• Preferably a college graduate. 
• At least 6 months immersion in an SUD rehabilitation facility or clinical setting. 
• Working knowledge: Physiology and Pharmacology of Addiction. 
• Professional ethics. 
• Interpersonal and relational skills. 
• Documentation skills. 
• Oral and written communication skills. 
• Group processing and facilitating skills. 
• Critical thinking and Judgement. 
• Discipline and sense of control. 
• Patience and perseverance; dependability and reliability.

Case Manager

• AB/BS graduate in Psychology or Social Worker. 
• At least 1 related experience or as Facilitator/Counselor or Trainer Program Developer. 
• Interpersonal and relational skills. 
• Critical thinking and judgement. 
• Communication skills; verbal (oral and written) and non-verbal. 
• Leadership, Personal discipline and sense of control. 
• Patience and perseverance; dependability and reliability.

Ward Attendant 1

• At least high school or college graduate. 
• At least 1 year related experience. 
• Physically and mentally fit. 
• Good judgement and comprehension. 
• Vigilant and alert.

Ward Attendant 2

• Graduate of a 2 or 4 year medical related course; Practical Nursing or BS Nursing. 
• Basic Nursing skills. 
• Basic knowledge in Psychiatric Nursing Care Services. 
• Verbal and Written Communication skills. 
• Computer literate. 
• Good judgment and comprehension. 
• Physically and mentally fit.

Cashier

• College graduate, preferably BS in Accounting or management or any business course. 
• At least 1 year experience. 
• Accountancy and cashiering skills. 
• Precision and accuracy. 
• Speed and precision. 
• Time management.

Nurse Trainee

• Registered Nurse. 
• At least 1 year work experience. 
• Licensed in Intravenous therapy. 
• Good Verbal and written skills. 
• Computer literate. 
• Updated with trainings/seminars related to the profession. 
• Possess basic nursing skills. 
• Willing to accept multiple tasks.
