St. Augustine School of Nursing is looking for an HRD Assistant




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Handles all aspects of company benefits:
       a. Child allowance
       b. Longevity pay
       c. Officers incentive pay
2. Reviews the following documents:
       a. Appointments of newly hired employees.
       b. Re-ranking of faculty
       c. Promotion in rank/level of non-academic employees
       d. Salary adjustment
3. Monitors status of hiring
4. Conducts initial interviews of applicants.
5. Issues certificates of employment, SSS and PAG-IBIG contribution.
6. Performs other related duties assigned by the superior.
