Administrative Assistant for International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is in need of an
Administrative Assistant

 
Function Description:

* Responsible for premises and infrastructures.
* Supervision of premises related staff.
* Supervision and control of all premises related expenses.
* Participates in lease agreement negotiations.
* Deals with suppliers and other external interlocutors.
* Responsible for all premises related filings and statistics.
* Organizes all travel related documents.
* Maintains contact with services providers.
* Ensures proper logistical support for all the movements.
* Ensure the necessary administrative related work.
* Ensure good customer service for concerned files.
* Organises visas and other administration issues.
* Organises accommodation and hotel booking.

Minimum required knowledge and experience:

* University degree or technical diploma.
* 4 years work experience in a similar field.
* Very good command of written and spoken English.
* Very good computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
* Excellent organizational and methodical skills.
* Good management and negotiation skills.
