Duties and Responsibilities

·      OVERVIEW: Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet store order requirements, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and maintaining stock inventory levels within approved guidelines

·      Responsible for in and out of stocks in stockroom. Responsible for ALL items inside the stockroom including equipement / tools.

·      Prepare Delivery Receipt (DR) for each branch

·      Check stock levels from time to time

·      Purchasing / Ordering: Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders in accordance with company’s specifications (quality, price, quantity, expiry)

·      Handle and monitor claims to vendors for defectives, shortages, spoilage etc.

·      Maintain complete and updates purchasing records / data and pricing in the system

·      Receiving Orders and preparing receiving report
