Our Company invites suitably qualified applicants for our urgent job hiring for the following positions:

Civil Engineering Foreman (2)

• Must have at least 3 years experience in the field of Civil Engineering works, knows how to design and estimate, computer literate.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Responsible, can accomplish assignments with minimal supervision, and possess good interpersonal relationship skills.

Junior Auditor (3)

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant which implies an understanding of the principles, procedures, and practices of accounting, financial records and transaction.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills, signifying ability to prepare and present concise written and oral reports.
• Must exhibit proficiency in internal auditing principles, methods and procedures.
• Has the ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts relevant to assigned engagements and tasks.
• Must be results oriented, can work with minimal supervision, must be able to deal with pressure and can easily work with people.

Backhoe Operator (2)

• With ability to operate all types of activities of backhoe unit like canal excavation, repair and de-silting operations, etc., in a safe manner and must pass actual exam of ME and HRD Departments.
• With at least 3 years experience in Backhoe operations or its equivalent.
• Can comprehend given plans and sketches.

Crane Operator (2)

• With Professional Driver’s License and pass actual driving exam conducted by HRD and Mechanical Engineering.
• With at least 3 years experience in crane operations.
• Knowledgeable in all types f activities of crane unit like canal excavation, repair and desilting, pile driving operations, etc.
• With good interpersonal relationship skills; must be physically and morally fit.

TADECO invites suitably qualified applicants for our urgent job hiring for:

Job Position: Licensed Agricultural Spray Pilot with Turbo Engine-powered Aircraft Rating
Department: Aviation Department – Research, Information and Compliance Division
Job Description: The position is responsible for applying Fungicide to banana using crop duster aircraft.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a Licensed Commercial/Agricultural Pilot with Turbo Engine-powered Rating.
2. Must have a Radio License from National Telecommunications Commissions (Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Certificate or CRROC – Aircraft).
3. Must have a first class Medical Certificate issued by Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines or CAAP.
4. Must be a Crop Dusting GPS-literate.
5. Must have excellent flying, planning and decision making skills in interpreting flight plans and making calculations.
