Job Summary:
The Sourcing Specialist conceptualizes, plans, and executes activities within Tagum City and its nearby provinces that will attract a high volume of qualified candidates for various programs and positions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Advertising and other
• At least 1 year work experience in marketing, advertising and/or brand management from
• Preferably from Tagum City or its nearby provinces
• Familiarity with grass root activations will be an advantage
• Requires strong oral and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, related courses other BPO’s or other industries leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
