Corporate Relations Executive

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • at least 2 years experience in Sales or related fields
  • preferably with background and / or knowledge in life insurance products
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • excellent presentation skills, computer savvy

HR and Recruitment Assistant 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, psychology or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
  • preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Human resources or equivalent
  • experience in field recruiting is a plus
  • able to handle interviews confidently (Entry level-Managerial positions).

Sales Training Officer (Davao, CDO, Zamboanga, GenSan) 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, psychology or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required, 
  • preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

Wealth Portfolio Manager

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field
  • at least 2 years of working experience is required
  • preferably 5 years experienced Employees specializing in Sales
  • ability to deal and interact with different people and preferably with a good network to start with

Branch Assurance Sales Executive (Davao, CDO)

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in any field, 
  • at least 6 months to 1 year experienced in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent
  • job role in Sales Agent (Other Financial services Consultant).

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field
  • at least 2 years experience is required, preferably 5 years of experienced in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent, job role in insurance Agent or Financial Consultant, with background in Pharma, Real Estate and other related job.

Create inovative recruitment strategies/plans
•Deliver the required number of hires in a month
•Prepare or assist in Sales/Recruitment Events
•Conduct interview and faciliate examinations
•Monitor pre-employment requirements
•Provide Recruitment reports
•Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head

REQUIREMENTS:
