• Male, with valid driver’s license (4-wheel and motorcycle).
• Must have at least two (2) years of actual work experience in driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Prior experience or exposure in CONSTRUCTION firms or activities is a major advantage.
• Full-time employed, including Saturdays.
• All work assigned will be within Davao City.
• Must be able to perform messengerial duties and functions and clerical table works in an office setting, specifically for procurement of construction materials.
• Must be able to report to work at 7:30AM daily and render paid overtime if and when necessary.
• Must be able to perform janitorial work and common maintenance/ utility functions.
• Applicants must have a pleasing personality and able to interact with people well.

UrbanEast Developments, Inc. (UEDI), a rapidly expanding and established Davao City real estate company, is in urgent need of a:

1 Sales and Marketing Administration Officer

• Female. 
• College graduate. 
• Not more than 35 years old. 
• Must have at least 2 years of actual and meaningful REAL MARKETING AND SALES EXPERIENCE in any role or capacity. 
• Fresh passer and/or existing licensed real estate brokers or salespersons will be given top priority but is not an absolute requirement for the position. 
• Must have excellent motivational, communication presentation, customer relations. 
• Marketing and/or selling skills. 
• Must have a pleasing, amiable and outgoing personality.

Assistant Manager for Marketing and Business Development 

• Male/Female, not more than 40 years old. 
• At least 3 years of actual experience in managerial or high-school supervisor positions in marketing, sales, and/or administration in the real estate industry. 
• Must have sufficient knowledge in the general operation and activities of residential real estate companies operating locally.

Civil Engineer - Project Operations

• Male/Female, licensed civil engineer, with driver’s license, not more than 39 years old. 
• Must have at least 2 years of actual site experience in horizontal and/or vertical construction and development. 
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. 
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented individual familiar with and able to implement best practices in general construction and engineering/project related operations management.
