ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS- Accountancy; Accounting Technology or any Business course
- With at least 3 years’ experience as Accounting Supervisor/Accounting Head
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active and dynamic
- Has high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Enjoy working with people
- Has great leadership trait
- Can work with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- Daily monitoring of Branches’ sales and stocks inventory
- Audit reports of the branches (Sell-out, cashier’s notebook, etc)
- Generation of Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Owner’s Equity, Statement of Cash Flows)
- Provision of Operational Ratios - Sales (Operating Cost per Sale, Manpower Cost per Sale)
- Identification of current profit centers and/or ignored/new profit centers
- Check the daily, weekly and monthly reports of the Accounting staff
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
