As a Content Moderator, you are the primary brand ambassador of the account you will be assigned to. You will deliver outstanding support to the company’s efforts to enforce content compliance.

Your day-to-day in a nutshell

• Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
• Become and remain knowledgeable about company products and community standards
• Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
• Display a strong bias to doing what’s right for our community
• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
• Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
• Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
• Enforce Company Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team

Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

a. Writes, edits, indexes, or revises a variety of technical, user documentation such as articles, reports, tables, and other documentations related to Knowledge Management products.

b. Capture screenshots for KB article use (FAQ’s, Cheat Sheets, Tables etc.).

c. Collaborate with technical writers in developing articles from template created by Technical writers and Project Architect.

d. Collaborates with programmers, content developers and engineers, and programs management during design phase to gain an understanding of the project.

e. Assist in developing content for comprehensive web-based resource product.

f. The KM Content Developer will also take part in projects related to research, creation, and maintenance of Knowledge Management resource materials.

g. Provides web tools, screenshots, simple written instructions for graphics rendering of KM web tools.

h. Creates simulation programs for product user interfaces using HTML and flash editing tools


Requirements:


* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Linguistics/Languages, Computer Science/Information Technology, Journalism or equivalent.

* At least 6 months software or hardware documentation experience.

* Experience writing web content for audiences ranging from beginners to advanced end-users.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Damosa I.T. Park,Davao City.

* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
