Producer and Exporter of Organic Vegetables and Fruits is in need of Cashier Accounts Payable
Job Description
• Prepares cash and check vouchers, and releases payments to suppliers.
• Checks and monitors liquidations.
• Prepares journal entries for every liquidation received.
• Manages petty cash and revolving fund.
• Accomplishes Cash position report.
• Sacks and distributes payroll to farm workers.
• Sends out booking application for reefer van every week.
• Prepares pre-advise entry for shipping and B/L instructions weekly.
• Issues and e-mails invoices and boxes loading reports to the buyer.
• Makes primary documents for processing of export documents.
• Checks and monitors the activities of each truck driver.
• Reviews weekly production report of each banana cooperative.
• Summarizes weekly overall production report.
• Creates reports on the inventory of materials.
• Constructs report on purchased order of fuel.
Qualification
• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 1-year of work experience handling Cash and check.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
