Job Description
- Oversee PSD operations, including repair, rework and ASC.
- Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests regarding repair
- Provide support and analysis for issues arising in manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field
- Coordinate activities of service personnel
- Provides mentorship and training to the team
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS degree in Engineering or related field
- History of training and developing a strong technical team.
- Experienced in KPI’s, data and metric development on appliances service set-up.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Extensive background in appliance service set-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook knowledge.
