FLOOR ZONE is currently looking for 2 PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- A degree in management, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience as a project manager in the construction or flooring industry
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Reliable internet connection and a computer with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Tasks include:
- Determining and defining the project scope, goals, and timeline
- Tracking and managing the project costs and ensuring they are within the budget
- Ordering and coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment from vendors and suppliers
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Delegating and assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their progress and performance
- Ensuring that the project deadlines are met and the quality standards are met or exceeded
- Identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise during the project
- Overseeing and maintaining the project documentation and records
Time commitment:
- Flexible to handle urgent tasks after hours if needed
- Responsive to emails within a few hours
- Available to work full time during US hours (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday

We are looking for project managers who are responsible, reliable, and adaptable. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing various construction and flooring projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will also be expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deal with any changes or challenges that may occur.
