General Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Good/Strong English Communication Skills
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 9 pm to 5 am
• Willing to work ON-SITE (required)
• BPO experience is preferred but not required
