This role is a full time role at 40 hours per week. YOU WILL NEED TO BE BASED IN DAVAO - as you will be joining our team in our office in Davao (Matina). A permanent position will be offered after a probationary period. **carpool provided during pandemic**

Your main responsibility will be working one-on-one with our customers through emails, chats and phones and assist them with their orders or their shiny new toys (our marine gear!)

Qualifications:

- FEMALE with previous customer support experience

- Possesses rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles

- Able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time

- Empathy is your middle name (perhaps literally)
