LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
- Will be responsible in preparing all documents relating to training function.
- Support in the training courses to achieve the goal.
- Handle the entire process of the student trainee or internship program.
- Formulate and distribute documents to the concerned parties.
- Coordinate and liaise with other department and external parties to complete the successful training roadmap.
TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
- Accountable in formulating all documents and relating issues for quality assurance.
- Aid in driving quality, training courses, procedures and programs to accomplish the goal.
- Ensuring company meets organizational and regulatory standards for proper function, safety, quality and consumer acceptance.
- Supports businesses remain productive and profitable by implementing and monitoring programs that ensure continuous quality.
- Prepare and distribute documents to the concerned parties.
- Coordinate and liaise with other department and external parties to complete the successful quality assurance roadmap.
- Establishes understanding and commitment towards Dusit International’s Signature Guest Experience.
