Job description
• Teach and train English communication skills to Japanese business professionals thru Skype and/or Google Hangout
• Teach several lessons in a day based on the students' requests (each lesson is 1 hour long; Actual teaching time is 45-50 minutes and the rest for note taking and preparing for the next lesson)
• To show up on time for the lesson
Qualifications
• At least 1 year online teaching experience
• Experience in working with Japanese business professionals is preferred
• At least 3 years professional work experience
• Good command of the English language
• Has stable internet connection (wired connection; at least 3mbps) with back-up connection (pocket WiFi or broadband stick)
• Can teach during peak hours
○ Weekdays: Philippine Time: 5:00AM - 8:00AM & 5:00PM - 11:00PM
○ Weekends: Philippine Time: 5:00AM-11:00PM
• Can teach for at least 20 hours weekly during peak hours (Sundays thru Saturdays)
Instructors must be/have
• Quiet and well-lit environment for teaching
• Professional in dealing with work
• Online during teaching hours
• Direct access to the internet (via phone) especially during emergency cases (blackout, issues with Skype or internet connection, etc.) to contact administration team
• A team player
• Able to effectively communicate with the team
• Responsible in providing teaching service
Minimum Technical Requirements
• Laptop or desktop
○ High Definition camera
○ Running on Windows 7 or higher
○ CPU: Dual Core processor 1GHz or higher
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Skype account
• Google account

Rate per hour: *PHP150-200
*Rate per hour is based on experience and performance
