Jobs in Davao: Hub Supervisor for Lazada e-Services Philippines, Inc.

Job Description:

• Manage complete hub operations, material planning, budgeting, forecasting and allocation. 
• Supervise the delivery of parcels to all the desired destinations upon schedule and request. Coordinate emergency deliveries as needed; Ensure accuracy of completed request forms. 
• Plan and direct the parcel control programs. 
• Develop procedures and work instruction in accordance with the express movement of parcel from/to hub and customers. 
• Maintain records of parcels entering and leaving the hub. 
• Plan, develop and implement hub safety and security programs. 
• Ensure that internal and external customers KPI’s are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• With experience in Express business for at least 1 year, preferably in supervisory capacity in Express Operations 
• With experience in Warehouse Operations 
• Amenable to work in Lanang, Davao City
