• We have set up sales, distribution & transport facilities in the form of warehouses, trucks of various sizes, motorcycles and back-end support facilities to enable our company to effectively sell, transport and ensure on-time, in full delivery of products/brands that our Local retail partner needs for them to be profitable.
• We enter into GLO-CAL partnerships with principals (international & Manila-based Nationals) as we serve to be their Go-To Guys when it comes to entering the retail industry of Mindanao and Davao.
• As we diligently, efficiently do our work, we expect an annual increase in the volume of goods we sell & deliver to the retail trade.
Sales Officer (Field Sales Supervisor)
1. Plans sales activities and their correct execution in assigned territory
2. Leads a group of salesmen in achievement of business growth in his territory through more efficient and effective coverage, net peso sales growth as well as through the achievement of all other KPI's
3. Controls and manages accounts receivable in his territory assuring that AR is 100% current
4. Conducts regular audit of inventory of stocks of his salesmen ensuring zero variance
5. Conducts regular audit of his salesmen, especially in the conduct of trade incentives
6. Prepares daily and weekly report as required by the Company and his superior
7. Ensures maintenance through himself and subordinates updated and relevant reports and files of his territory; field work reports, audit reports, collection and remittance report, daily sales progress report, accounts receivables report,account ledgers, beat maps and other reports
