Requirements:
- 5 years as Executive Chef in a hotel/resort
- Experience in both Banqueting and Ala Carte Operations
- Excellent culinary skills and food costing
- Adept in Asian and European cuisines
- Excellent organizational & people management skills
- HACCP expertise an advantage
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
