Job for Davao
Alianza Grande Technologia is a local distribution company that focuses in IT products such as computers, computer peripherals and communications.  Its operations accommodate the whole of Philippines; extending its services to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao clients.

The company is in need of:
HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Shall coordinate the recruitment program of the company from sourcing to placement
  • Administer all HR contracts from sourcing to resignation
  • Shall be in charge of administration and monitoring of government-mandated and corporate benefits of all employees
  • Shall be in charge of all timekeeping and payroll inquiries and company policy related inquiries of employees
  • Ensure that timekeeper at office is well maintained at all times
  • Shall be in charge of implementing disciplinary memos pertaining to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Preferably Female, not more than 29 years old, a graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related courses.
  • With background in Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Timekeeping and Payroll and Training
  • Must be highly analytical, organized, proactive and has a keen eye for details
  • With excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Davao City
