Medical Promotions Specialist
Responsibilities:
- To call, promote and sell to customers in order to achieve the target of the line, increase sales of existing products and expand the market for new products.
- Makes territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales target. Reports the result and corrective action on a monthly basis.
- Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers.
- Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day.
- Reports on competitor activities and market situation.
- Expands and penetrates the market with both new and existing products.
- Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of use of promotional materials i.e. samples.
- Informs superiors of customer requests or result of those requests or complains and inform customers on results of those requests and complaints.
- Keeps good relation with the personnel of principal, the customers and colleagues.
- Reviews regularly the master list and recommends customers for addition and/or deletion.
- Submits all required reports.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is a graduate of a four (4) or five (5) year Business or any related course.
- He / she must have at least 1 year experience as a Medical Representative.
- He /she must be personable and pleasing, with a "go-getter" attitude.
- He / she must be a Team Player and a Self Starter.
- He / she must possess an unquestionable integrity.
- He / she must be open to taking assignments anywhere in the Philippines.
