It is also his responsibility to coordinate with the business/administrative office to ensure that records and analyses are correctly maintained.  He must be able to create and maintain a good working relationship with lending institutions and other business suppliers and partners He will be responsible in creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.


Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s /College degree in Business Management or similar field, Post-graduate diploma or Master’s degree a plus.                          
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Have a proven and successful track record of effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility of a closely related industry
• Must have a good understanding of car dealership best practices and markets
• Should have an excellent communications, presentation, sales training skills and a strong business sense and high level of integrity
• Should have minimum experience in P&L management and associated financial practices
