KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares canvass sheet for new items request for purchase by various department with at least three (3) approved supplier.
2. Entertain requests (stocks) from branches.
3. Makes request for payment for suppliers
4. Prepares purchase order
5. Ensures confidentiality of company’s information and accounting data.
6. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the Purchasing Head.
