Responsible for the Guidance program and services of the Institution.  Assesses needs for program planning, evaluation and implementation and ensures the provision and proper functioning of all Guidance activities, budget, facilities & staff and admission & recruitment.

Job Specifications (Competencies Required)
Must be a Licensed or Registered Guidance Counselor
More than 6 years experience in:

Oversees the library operations and ensures the integrity, availability, and accessibility of library materials and services within Library standards and in support to the institution’s goals and objectives. Plans, develops, and implements programs and enhancements in the Library to improve services.

Job Specifications (Competencies Required)
Preferably a Masters Degree in Library Administration;
2 to 3 years experience in library works in supervisory capacity;

Responsibilities:

1. The Community Midwife has a range of responsibilities, including the care of mother and baby, adhering to hospital policy and maintaining an awareness of issues such as health and safety.
2. The Community Midwife is responsible for the health of both mother and child and only refer to obstetricians if there are medical complications. They work in multidisciplinary teams in both public and private community healthcare settings.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Female
• Willing to stay in the community of Marilog
• Must be Registered Midwife n both public and private community healthcare settings.

2 HOSPITAL PROGRAMMER
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Science Major in Information Technology and Computer Engineering licensed or other related courses. Abour 3 years work experience in a tertiary hospital operations, programming and database administration, with management and leadership position experience, project management experience and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

1 ADMITTING CLERK
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably in nursing or medical science or allied medical course. At least 6 months on the job training. Work experience in a hospital setting preferred. Efficient in clerical procedures; knowledge of medical jargons/terminologies and hospital procedures; good Customer Relations; coordinative and sensitive to patients/watchers need.

1 BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER
Male/female. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferable a certified public accountant (CPA). With at least 5 years work in accounting or finance department 2 years of which in a supervisory capacity. Preferably with Hospital Background. Financial/Fiscal Management, Planning, Technology. Male/ female.

1 LICENSED RESIDENT PHYSICIANS (M.D.)
Graduate of Medicine with licensed to practice in the country. Willing to work with a contract of at least 6 months.

1 MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST
College graduate of Medical Technology; with active registered license from Professional Regulations Commission. With experience in the different areas of the laboratory for at least 3 months. Performs various laboratory tests using microscopic techniques, computer-controlled analyzers, specialized automated instruments and equipments.
