Aiming to expand our pool of multi-talented individuals, Arcanys is looking for a versatile SEO Specialist
In this role you’ll get to manage these functions:
Develop and implement new and innovative SEO and SEM strategies for the organization
SEO
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor monthly performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Collaborate with content writers and editors to write and implement compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
- Update content and internal linking for maximum optimization and search engine rankings, and build and implement a backlink strategy.
SEM/Social Media Marketing
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Manage the paid search marketing campaigns and other paid advertising campaigns
- Analyze data and insights to improve ROI
- Perform detailed keyword research and customer trends
- Monitor clicks, redirects, and bounce rates
- Generate heatmaps to analyze consumer behaviour on the website and landing pages
- Suggest improvement in the marketing campaign and make necessary changes if required
- Optimize the landing pages along with the Web Development Team
- Prepare SEM reports on a monthly basis and present it
- Stay up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 8 years of related experience
- Successful experience developing and executing SEO and SEM campaigns
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Excel, Google Analytics, and Data Studio
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of the software development or BPO indstry is a major plus
