A Call Center/IT-Enabled Services/BPO Call Center in Davao - Sycore Business Solutions is in need of Company Trainer / QA
Job Responsibility
The position is responsible for developing and conducting training to prospective Sales Representatives with focus on ensuring correct and effective use of the English language, building product knowledge and acclimatizing the Trainees on the call center environment. This includes providing sales and conversation skills to effectively bring new employees onboard, maintain appropriate sales skills and performance and/or develop and expand sales expertise of Trainees with outbound call center experience or sales background. Part of the job also entails supervision of trainees and agents on the call floor.
Job Specification
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree Experience Requirement (AB - ENGLISH/AB-MASSCOM is an advantage)
- At least 1-2 years experience in call center industry or educational institution.
- Eligibility Requirement (Certificates, Licenses, etc.): TESDA Accreditation preferred
- Training Requirement Advance Language Training
