Davao Jobs: Documentation Staff for Asian Hybrid Seed Technologies, Inc.

Job Description:

• Contacts buyers/homeowners for compliance (transfer account from CTS in -house financing to Pag-ibig 
• Conduct house to house signing of loan documents by buyers 
• Facilitates PAG-IBIG and CTS In house financing 
• Evaluates folders for Reservation
• Prepares folders for send out 
• Pay monthly, quarterly and annual government dues 
• Safe keeping of important documents

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree 
• Male or Female 
• 25 to 30 years old 
• Previous work experience in real state and low cost housing 
• Knowledge in sales and loan take out by HDMF 
• Knowledge in sales and loan documents of HDMF or banks 
• Experience in government agency relation. 
• Detail orientated 
• Good in communication Skills 
• Must have strong sense of responsibility and ownership 
• Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon
