Davao Hiring: Market Development Coordinator for Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. (GSMI)

Responsibilities:
The Market Development Coordinator works primarily as an Area Developer for
unserved and underserved areas by working together with Dealer, Wholesalers and
Wholesaler Salesmen. Specifically, he/she performs the following functions:

• Account Development (e.g. achievement of distribution targets & excellent market execution of achievement of KPI standards, management of Trade Penetration Standards, etc.)
• Merchandising
• Project & Promotions Management
• Asset Management
• Quality Management

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Business Degree (e.g. Marketing, Entrepreneurship, etc.)
• Possesses Professional Driver’s License
• With at least six (6) months sales experience (e.g. retail routing experience & general distribution), preferably in fast-moving consumer goods industry
• Willing to be assigned in the following areas:

1. Davao City
2. Davao Oriental
3. Davao del Norte
4. Gen. Santos
5. CDO
