We are currently LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL EXECUTIVES, AGENCY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT ADVISORS, AGENCY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT MANAGERS: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: FINANCIAL EXECUTIVES/ AGENCY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT ADVISORS • Identify, seek and evaluate market niche that suits target market profile. • Conduct daily sales activities i.e, interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs. • Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services. • Learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts. • Calculate premiums and establish payment method. Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy. • Customize financial programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks. • Achievement of business plan.

Additional for INVESTMENT ADVISORS • Identify, develop and penetrate market niche that belongs to a higher segment in the community and arrange a deal for financial advices, products and services. • Maintain and manage developed accounts. • Ensure business and action plans are implemented consistent with the desired growth of the company’s goal and direction.

AGENCY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT MANAGERS: • Maintain and develop organization culture, values, reputation in its market and with all the stakeholders i.e., staff, officers, partners, the company in general and the general public. • Ensures the development and implementation of the marketing plans and action plans. • Identify, recruit, train, build, develop and lead a competent and cohesive team composed of Financial Executives to meet performance benchmarks of the account. • Motivate and provide close supervision on the activities of the Financial Executives. • Establishes positive oriented work environment within the business unit team. • Provide and develop a willing mind set in his/her business unit team. • Provide regular updates to the Marketing Operations Head. • Provide strong leadership to ensure the achievement of sales and income target by generating desired premium growth consistent with its given goal. Requirements:(Financial Executives and Agency Financial Investment Advisors) • Bachelor’s Degree • Goal and resultoriented • Self-Driven • Possess good communication skills • Willing to be trained • Male or Female with a pleasant personality • 23 - 35 years old

Requirements:(Agency Financial Investment Managers) • Bachelor’s Degree, an MBA is an advantage. • Result and Goal-oriented • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, self-driven and with strong leadership qualities and able to inspire and motivate business unit team. • Willing to be trained • Team Oriented • 25-50 years old, with pleasant personality
