Davao Hiring: Snapsnax Ventures, Inc. is  looking for Management Trainees


A. Responsibilities
1. Works closely with the Plant OIC and concerned department heads in initiating improvements for work efficiency, productivity, capacity and inventory reduction.
2. Designs, modifies and upgrades existing processes to align with the increasing customer demands.
3. Performs troubleshooting and analysis to identify bottlenecks and problems.
4. Ensures that process works are at optimum level, right rate and quality output.

Requirements
1. Graduates of Engineering, Food Technology, Management or Marketing, preferably with Masteral degree
2. With 1-2 years of work experience in food manufacturing business.
3. Preferably with relevant experience in HACCP and GMP
4. Good observation and analytical skills, with high attention to details.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing multiple priorities.
7. With superb supervisory skills
8. Five (5) fulltime positions are available.
9. Applicants must be willing to work in Toril, Davao City
