General Description:
Acts as a general office worker with diverse tasks. The position holder will mainly take over the phone calls/emails and do telemarketing. Would process orders and input them directly on the Client's software as well as do invoices in QuickBooks. During spare time, the VA would do SEO-related tasks and Social Media Networking. Product description can also be a task during downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
*Calls interested companies and individuals to offer services of ABC Check Printing
*Answers calls and emails from clients
*Processes orders from clients using ABC Check Printing Software to make it available for the Client
*Prepares invoices through QuickBooks as to process the customers' orders
*Does SEO, Social Media, Blogging and other online marketing tasks as additional task
*Does product listings on the clients website during extra time

Requirements:
*Experience in Telemarketing and/or CSR
*Computer and Tech-Savvy
*Excellent English Communication Skills
*Good Writing Skills
* Willing to work during night shifts

Key Responsibilities:
*Write for brochures and other marketing materials as instructed by the Client
*Write articles in company website, blog, and other forms of social media
*Does research regarding writing topics
*Writes Agreements and other documents
*Does Graphic Layout of Marketing Structures

Requirements:
*Must be very Good in Written English
*Creative in writing informative articles
*Good in maneuvering in Social Media Sites
*Knowledge in Graphics and Photoshop
*Basic to Advanced Knowledge of Marketing
*Experience in Article Writing is a Plus
*SEO experience is an advantage
