Job Description:
Assist the Accounting Officer in all accounting & clerical task in the FINANCE/ACCOUNTING dept.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the AO in Preparing Check Vouchers & Journal Vouchers
- Checks cashier’s daily collections & accountabilities.
- Ensures that cash & checks for deposit are properly accounted & endorsed at specified cut-off time & date.
- Assist in the preparation of the following books & reports:
- Book of Accounts (CDB, CRB, JB, GL)
- Monthly Schedules: Accounts Receivable
- Sales/Income
- Accounts Payable
- Prepares payroll based on DTRs validated by the HR Officer.
- Prepares billing for various collectibles
- Performs other duties and responsibilities designated by the department head.
