Position : Accounting Clerk


Requirement:
  • Graduate of any Accounting related course
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Trustworthy & committed to the craft
  • With accounting experience

Job Description:
Assist the Accounting Officer in all accounting & clerical task in the FINANCE/ACCOUNTING dept.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists the AO in Preparing Check Vouchers & Journal Vouchers
  • Checks cashier’s daily collections & accountabilities.
  • Ensures that cash & checks for deposit are properly accounted & endorsed at specified cut-off time & date.
  • Assist in the preparation of the following books & reports:
  • Book of Accounts (CDB, CRB, JB, GL)
  • Monthly Schedules: Accounts Receivable
  • Sales/Income
  • Accounts Payable
  • Prepares payroll based on DTRs validated by the HR Officer.
  • Prepares billing for various collectibles
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities designated by the department head.
