The company is in need of a Customer Support and Credit Officer with the following qualifications:
The successful candidate should have excellent English and telephone skills as this position is the front line of all positions. This position answers all customer service enquiries, responds and redirects the calls appropriately. This position also requires direct customer contact to determine credit terms for customers and will provide back-up/support for all other positions.
Required skills include MS Office, particularly Excel.
Applicant must be willing to work on EST Business Hours.
