Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
* plans effective strategies to ensure the profit and financial well being of the company;
* works closely with the other departments such as human resources department, finance department, accounts department to plan the long term as well as the short term goals of the organization;
* discuss each and every aspect of the development plans with the top level management of the company especially to the COO;
* maintains discipline in the office and set the rules and the regulations for the employees to maximize their output;
* coordinates with the COO in making financial decisions of purchase of items and managing the budget of the company;
* implements new techniques and rules to help the employees improve their performance;
* answers to questions raised by clients of the company about the products or services being delivered and takes efforts to solve their grievances;
* represent the company at different places such as conferences, meetings, seminars etc.;
Jobs in Davao City Requirements:
* Male, 35 – 45 years old;
* a graduate of any engineering course;
* at least 5 years of operations management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
* must have excellent communication and organizational skills;
* has the capacity to listen, maintain a very detailed list of daily duties including all problems and correspondence and follow up on all activities and respond to all issues;
* can be relied upon and must be able to make quick, accurate and precise decisions;
* must be able to juggle many tasks simultaneously and still be available to handle new incoming immediate runs and any problems that arise unexpectedly;
* must be able to interface on a professional level at all times with a variety of different personalities all the way from rank and file employees, customers up to the different sectors in the society;
* must be a team player whose enthusiasm and dedication to the company must be the example of which the entire team follows;
* must be willing to travel and be assigned outside Davao City;
* knows how to drive with LTO license;
* energetic, results-focused with superb execution and follow through, ability to self-direct, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
