Marketing and Sales Manager (MSM)
Responsibilities:
- The MSM will head, organize, activate, and coordinate an existing network of highly-motivated registered real estate agents and salespersons
- The MSM must achieve sales production maximization company-wide through active networking and the expansion of membership of the company’s marketing organizationand network (i.e., through new agent and salesperson recruitment)
- The MSM will take a lead role in product presentation and orientation, information dissemination, training, marketing materials preparation, and market research, study, and feedback
- The MSM will personally take a lead role in ensuring both agent and client satisfaction in all marketing and sales activities and transactions of the Company
- The MSM must create and execute marketing and sales strategies and activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets and quotas within set timeframes
- The MSM must be able to optimize administrative and documentation systems and processes to facilitate marketing and sales transactions and activities
- The MSM must take a lead role in resolving all conflicts within the marketing network and must constantly ensure that an optimal, very active,and driven mindset and environment is in place within the entire marketing network in order to achieve overall sales volume that exceeds expectations company-wide
Requirements:
- Female, at least 30 years old
- College Degree holder (marketing or business-related courses preferred)
- Candidates who are licensed brokers of real estate are preferred and will be prioritized, but this is not a requirement (experience must compensate)
- Extensive, significant, and verifiable experience in the field of marketing and sales (especially of real estate but experience with marketing and sales in other industries will be considered)
- Candidate must be willing to be employed on a full-time basis by the Company (existing Licensed Brokers who do not wish to be employed but who are interested in the position may be considered but must market the projects of the Company exclusively and with absolutely no exceptions)
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must possess the qualifications of an efficient, effective, andcredible leader, must be goal-oriented, must be a multi-tasker, and must have the utmost pleasing and amiable personality
- Must have the ability to market and close sales for varied target market segments, but most especially the upper/ high-end market segments of real estate
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in JP Laurel Ave.,Bajada,Davao City.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

- Quota-based master overriding commissions on both reservation sales and fully consummated sales for all projects company-wide
- Quota-based additional incentives on all sales for all projects company-wide
