Responsibilities:

The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for the Dealership Sales Operations of
Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. (GSMI) in his assigned district, thereby ensuring achievement
of sales targets, ultimate customer satisfaction and continuous growth of GSMI
business in his district. Specifically, he/she achieves these by:

  • Ensuring penetration and availability of appropriate brand portfolio
  • Managing of all Dealer Sales Personnel (DSP) in his district
  • Maximizing distribution efficiency of his/her dealer
  • Overseeing execution of merchandising and promotion
  • Managing information and sales planning
  • Managing dealer’s product inventory
  • Providing business consultancy to his/her dealer
  • Ensuring the full implementation of Total Territory Management
  • Building and maintaining goodwill with all trade channels
  • Enhancing customer relations


Requirements:


  • Graduate of any Business Degree (e.g. Marketing, Entrepreneurship, etc.)
  • Possesses Professional Driver’s License
  • With at least two (2) years sales experience (e.g. retail routing experience & general distribution), preferably in fast-moving consumer goods industry
